The Tower Poetry Summer School
Christ Church, Oxford

Once again, the Tower Poetry Summer School produced some exciting new writing and enthusiastic debate under the direction of this year's tutors, Fiona Sampson and John Redmond. The 14 students, aged between 18-23 years, also heard poetry readings by Fiona, John and Tower Poetry's Peter McDonald. Their stay at Christ Church also included an unexpected and much appreciated opportunity to hear Rowan Williams read his work.

The students' poems, written and revised during the summer school, have been published in Jitterwhirring which is available to order now.
